At Davison Orchards, you get fresh, local produce grown right here in Vernon, BC. And we don't just grow it—we use the ingredients in our bakery and café to make the most delicious farm food you've ever tasted. Everything we grow is available to you right here on the farm.
We invite you to be part of the story of your food from start to finish. You can see the crops growing, the fruit being picked, and the apples being peeled for our famous apple pie.
Because our family has been running this farm for over 90 years, we want your whole family to enjoy their time here. There is something for everyone and we hope you'll make your own happy memories and traditions.
Farm Fun for Kids
Your kids will love it here. There's tons of space for them to run around and explore. Our free kids play area, the Crazy Cow Kids Corral, offers a huge sandpit, toy tractors, and a tree house with slides and more. Right beside that, they'll hear our farm animals bleating and baaing for a chance to visit with some happy kids.
Join one of our Johnny Popper Farm Tours for a chance to see for yourself how your groceries are grown. Parents see our tours as a learning opportunity… but kids? They just know it as fun.
We see all kids as the next generation. We know that if kids can gain a passion for real food and how it grows, they will be the food-security of the future. We know that kids need space to just be kids. We also realize that parents need a place to relax, have a latte, and not worry if their child's playfulness is inconveniencing anyone. Whether it be the in café, market, or tours, kids are always welcome here.

We use our own produce to prepare specialty foods and preserves of all kinds.
We're committed to farming in a way that preserves our land for future generations. We use many methods, including drip irrigation, mulching, and crop rotation, to ensure we are growing our food in the most sustainable way possible.
