During the interview stage, we will all have a pretty good idea of where an initial best fit is based on your experience and interests, but we are always on the lookout to keep you engaged and interested in work. Schedule and availability permitting, we do a fair amount of cross training into other work areas. Not only does this help us on the scheduling front, but it also provides you with added knowledge of what your fellow staff do.
