Davison Orchards Ltd. Photography Policy, as of July 16, 2019
By entering the premises, you give permission to Davison Orchards Ltd. to take, use, publish, print, broadcast, or exhibit photographs, films, tapes, or videotapes of you and your family. You release, remise, discharge Davison Orchards Ltd., its officers, partners, owners, and employees and their assigns of and from any and all claims, demands, or cause(s) of action on account of the taking, use, publication, broadcast or exhibition of the same. Davison Orchards Ltd. may reuse and re-publish any such images without further consent or consideration by or to you.
Professional Photography
Photographers are more than welcome to take client photos at Davison Orchards Ltd. We kindly ask you to please follow our rules below:
You may take photos only during business hours while we are open to the public from May 1 – October 31. See website for seasonal hours of operation.
Contact us ahead of time (minimum 1-week notice) and let us know when you plan to come take photos. You can contact us at info@davisonorchards.ca
If you want to take pictures in the area where there is a fee, you, as well as your clients, will need to pay the fee to get in, i.e. October Pumpkin Patch.
Please leave the area of your photo shoot as you found it.
