2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup vinegar
3 ripe fresh peaches (or canned)
1 cup thinly sliced red peppers
1 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
