Rachel’s Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients:
Topping:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine
Batter:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups rhubarb, chopped

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean
