Spiced Pear Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cup Chopped Pears

  • 2 Tbsp White Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

  • 3 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 1/2 Cup White Sugar

  • 4 Eggs

  • 3/4 Cup Milk

  • 1/2 Cup oil + 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce

Brown Butter Frosting

  • 1/4 Cup Salted Butter

  • 2 Cup Icing Sugar

  • 3-5 tsp Boiling Water

  • 1 tsp Vanilla
