Strawberry Freezer Jam
Ingredients:
4 Cup Prepared Strawberries
3 1/4 Cup Sugar, Divided
1 Package Light Certo
Instructions: (see Video Above)
Prepare strawberries, remove stems, crush with potato masher.
Mix package of Certo + 1/4 cup sugar together.
Add pectin and mix into strawberries. Stir until dissolved.
Let rest 30 mins, stirring every 10 mins.
Add remaining 3 Cups sugar + stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Pour jam into clean jars or plastic containers. (Do not overfill if using glass.)
Let set on counter for 24hrs then freeze.
Enjoy the taste of field ripened strawberries all year long!
